We would like to thank Dr. Hui Wang for studying with us through our Visiting Scholars Program. Dr. Wang joined us from China-Japan Friendship Hospital of Beijing, China, where she practices as an Intensive Care Medicine doctor.
During her time in Pittsburgh, Dr. Wang focused on simulation center topics including debriefing techniques, assessment tools, and how to develop course content such as scenario designs.
Upon her return to her home institution, Dr. Wang plans to apply what she has learned to develop their own simulator and simulation courses. Dr. Wang will also continue to summarize and practice what she has learned and improve the simulation teaching that currently takes place in her institution. Dr. Wang also has plans to develop simulation research projects.
