To help navigate the secondary impact critical events have on healthcare professionals, WISER supported the new Administrator on Duty (AOD) Code Debriefing course! Administrators and hospital leadership participated in this course to learn strategies and techniques to lead successful debriefing sessions for the code teams that respond to acute cases. Debriefing is an essential function to facilitate reflective conversations, and it gives providers an opportunity to process and learn from these events.
