WISER is excited to welcome Dr. Wei Dong as a Preceptor through our Visiting Scholars Program! Dr. Dong joins us from Shanghai Children?s Medical Center, China, where he is a Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgeon. Over the course of a month, Dr. Dong will receive an intensive introduction to Simulation including: fundamentals of course and scenario development, instructor training, best practices in debriefing and assessment, how to utilize Standardized Patients, as well as the basic day-to-day operations and management of a Simulation Center. We are happy to welcome Dr. Wei Dong and look forward to helping him accomplish his objectives.
