Congratulations to WISER’s Max Leake, who retires in September after more than 16 years of service with WISER! As part of the Curriculum Development team, Max has worked as a web and multimedia application developer, videographer, and graphic designer. Post-retirement, Max plans to continue his outstanding music career. An accomplished jazz pianist and keyboard player, Max has been composing, recording, and performing in the Pittsburgh region and beyond since 1975. Named a “Pittsburgh Jazz Legend” by Manchester Craftsman’s Guild, Max has performed repeatedly with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra and teaches music at Duquesne University.
