As WISER continues to expand its services to over 20 simulation centers, we continue to focus on expanding the role of the simulation specialist as well. We are excited about the career path opportunities we have created for our simulation specialists as well. We rely on our simulation specialists to be versatile, credentialed, and adaptable.
Within our program, all simulation specialists are BLS and ACLS instructors, all eligible specialists are CHSOS certified and our Director of Operations is CHSOS-A and FSSH certified. Our simulation specialist program allows those to enter at entry level and through CHSOS certification and time you will be promoted to a Simulation Specialist II position. The next level will be the Simulation Specialist Advanced level for those who achieve 5 years or more of service and obtain the CHSOS-A certification. These opportunities allow our staff to grow their knowledge base an offer greater in-depth support to all of the simulation efforts that we champion.
