WISER is continually adding new programs to our course catalog to support the diverse population of current and aspiring healthcare providers belonging to UPMC and the University of Pittsburgh. One such course is the Obstetric Service Line Scrub Training course. This training is designed to help Scrub Techs, RNs, and LPNs learn the proper devices, instruments, and responsibilities of a scrub person during a cesarean section. By the end of this training course, participants will be able to better anticipate the surgeon’s needs while performing a cesarean section.
