WISER is excited to welcome two new staff members to our team, Heather Donovan and Michelle Franco!
Heather Donovan joins us as our newest Simulation Specialist following a lengthy career at UPMC as a Certified Anesthesia Technologist. Her wealth of medical knowledge and experience within the UPMC system will greatly benefit her transition to WISER and the world of simulation. Heather is excited to venture into education and training that focuses on patient safety. We are lucky to have her join the WISER community and look forward to her supporting the growing demand for simulation as we enter the new year!
Michelle Franco has joined us as an Administrative Assistant. She earned her BS from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Following graduation, Michelle worked for Marriott in a supervisory capacity. After Marriott, she spent six years in an administrative role with a medical evaluation company. Michelle enjoys working with a small team, values her coworkers, and is excited to work for a program that truly makes a difference 
by contributing to patient safety. Michelle brings with her a great deal of administrative experience and we look forward to all that she?ll bring to WISER?s administrative process.
