WISER is excited to welcome Christa Brown as our Director of Educational Development.
Christa earned an MA in Education – Instructional Technology, and is well versed in adult learning best practices as well as online course development efforts. Beyond her educational background, Christa has nearly two decades of experience creating innovative training and instructional design for adult learners.
Christa previously worked abroad in Nepal and Singapore and is excited to work with our Visiting Scholars Program, and our international Fellows. Most recently, Christa served as a Learning Specialist for UPMC Corporate Services.
Christa is excited to collaborate with WISER staff and our Course Directors on trainings and assessments for both UPMC and the University of Pittsburgh Health Sciences programs.
