WISER is proud to present our report highlighting our work on Patient Safety efforts over the previous 24 months. WISER has a long history of creating simulation-based solutions directly aimed at patient safety efforts. As a core part of our mission, we believe that simulation is one of the pillars of a strong patient safety program. Simulation can effectively be used as an education tool at other times be used as a measurement tool to identify areas for improvement to assist with the prioritization of training efforts. This report documents an impressive commitment and focus on patient safety initiatives that benefit the patients of our health system, as well as the health providers who carry out the work and provide extraordinary care each and every day.
