WISER staff, course directors, course instructors, and various clinical educators from UPMC and Pitt were invited to demonstrations of RealMom (a birthing simulator by Operative Experience).
Demonstrations were conducted in WISER?s Clinical Skills Center and WISER members discussed possible application of the simulator to existing and new programs.
WISER is committed to expanding the field of Healthcare Education and Simulation. As part of this commitment, WISER works with industry to provide product demonstrations to faculty and staff, assuring they are aware of current technology and best practices.
