Since its first session in 2014, WISER has now conducted its In-patient Crisis Response System Evaluation (ICRSE) Program at 11 different UPMC hospitals and ran 94 in-situ sessions for approximately 1600 staff members. The program?s goal is to improve how staff and hospitals respond to medical crisis. Program Director Tom Dongilli, works with requesting facilities to implement the ICSRE program and develop educational programs to address varying needs.
