Growth and change have been the theme at WISER in recent months. From welcoming new team members to supporting the fellowship program and adapting to leadership transitions, there has been plenty to celebrate. We are excited to welcome Karen as our new Fellowship Administrator. She has quickly immersed herself in the role, coordinating interviews, responding to applicants, and helping keep the fellowship program running smoothly. We have also welcomed Margaret to the Curriculum team and look forward to welcoming a new Simulation Specialist next week.
The past month has also marked an important transition in leadership. We recently celebrated the retirements of two longtime WISER leaders, John Lutz, IT Director, and Marty Mayer, Operations Manager. Their dedication and contributions have left a lasting impact on the organization, and we wish them all the best in all the adventures that await them. As WISER moves forward, we are thankful for the leadership and support of Kim Mitchell, IT Director, and Jim Lightner, Operations Manager. Their experience and commitment to the organization have helped ensure a smooth transition while continuing to support WISER’s mission and growth.
