We are happy to announce that Stephen Nelson has accepted the Manager of Simulation Services position.

Steve served as a paramedic for 30+ years, including time spent as Chief of Emergency Medical Services in Boston, MA. That position led to his role as an EMS Coordinator where he worked with teaching hospitals on their disaster response protocols and drills.  After serving for four years as the Executive Director for an EMS Council, Steve became the Director of Operations for the STRATUS Center for Medical Simulation at Bringham and Women?s Hospital in Boston, MA. Steve played an integral role in their program?s development. During his tenure with STRATUS, he was able to assist in the development of the center, promote internal programs, and travel internationally to help establish simulation centers in Kazakhstan, Japan, and India.  Steve most recently served as a Simulation Lab Manager/Instructor at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN.
